If during the reinforcement phase an enemy is placed in the same tile as a stealthy commando is the stealth check carried out immediately or during the enemy movement phase.

If my commando has a +1 action saved this makes a big difference as it will always get a chance to close combat the enemy without the risk of setting off the alarm due to a failed stealth check.

The rules state the enemy token is placed on the tile in the reinforcement phase as opposed to entering the tile.

The stealth check is performed immediatly after an enemy enters onto tile with a commandos (or immediatly after a commando enters onto tile wih an enemy unit). This cannot be interrupted using a "+1 action" token.
