Looks good! Two corrections/clarifications:

Taunt
In your section for using the bonus taunt, you mention that the defending player may taunt a monster from the location. That is correct, but the defending player may use that taunt to take a monster from in front of another player as well. The Taunt ability is not restricted to only monsters on the location.

Saving the Location
The location is saved immediately when it doesn't have monsters on it, not just at the end of the Round. Saving the location mid round is important, especially if it gives one or more players a new card to help them kill other monsters that round.

"Note from the second round forward there are no monsters at the location."

As I understand it, monsters only come off the location during cleanup, if the location was destroyed.
