This is fantastic. A good tool for people without a complete collection of two of all faction cards and four of all neutrals.

No, but they are all of the logical combinations. Many combinations are excluded. For example, any list that was under 23 points (or 22 for the Heros) was excluded because you could add an additional character to the list. I have also excluded lists where one or both of the characters are run with a single die when they could be run with two dice and still be under 30 points.
