Hello everyone!

So, I'm not sure if this the right forum to post this on...if not, apologies to the mods!

Recently I was involved with a Kickstarter (Quickdraw) which unfortunately wasn't funded. However I don't want the game to die there, and so I wanted to release the entire thing FOR FREE! in the form of a Print 'n Play. This includes all the current characters as well as an unofficial 'illustrated' rulebook. Additionally, I'll be making more characters and uploading them, so watch this space! It'll be an interesting experiment for a modular microgame to see how 'content updates' will work

If you want to access the print and play, the links are:

Here's a short blurb:

All players (2-10) play their cards simultaneously. You have the option of playing 'Ready' cards to get ready to shoot, 'Stare' cards to protect yourself or 'Flashback' cards to flash back to earlier events in the film, which will give you some advantage. Each character also comes with their own unique cards. When you feel ready, you can play your "Bang!" card to shoot your opponent; beware however, because no matter how many 'Ready' cards you have, if your opponent plays a 'Stare' on the exact same turn you played your 'Bang!', then they stare you down, and your hand moves away from your holster. It's all about trying to predict what your opponent is going to play!

If you want a chance to play the game online:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=81030...
(or alternatively search "Quickdraw" on the workshop)

If you're not the TTS kind of person, then there's always Tabletopia:
https://beta.tabletopia.com/playground/quickdraw-cmur3e/play...

Thank you all very much for your time!

George

Looks interesting ...

Especially: You present a set of rules and each player can craft his own deck of 18 cards ..

Just as a reference (and maybe as inspiration as well):

Chunky Fighters startet out similar: A game system at its core and dicey fighters that were adapted to the system came out one after the other.

So, yeah, I'm curious about seeing this one grow

Kind regards,
Kai

p.s.: Hallelujah! There already is a BGG entry for your game
Goooood stuff!!
