I hope I am posting this in the right forum!
I have a somwhat special question. I have the following problem: I am keeping track of all the games I played since 2005!
I found it sometimes difficult to count the games, as sometimes I was playing a variant, sometimes an expansion of a certain game.
Now it happens to me the following special case:
I want to play "Lord of The Rings" by Reiner Knizia!
I want to use some of it's expansions but not all of them. How shall I count this game?
There are following expansions available:
LOTR - Base game
LOTR - Friend & Foes
LOTR - Sauron
LOTR - Battlefields
Since now I always counted the game on the latest expansion I used.
So I played this game:
3 times basic
2 times F&F + basic
3 times Sauron + F&F + basic
I don't want to play Battlefields with all expansions!
LOTR + F&F + Battlefields
LOTR + Sauron + Battlefield
How shall I count it?
Sorry for bugging you all with this silly question!

If you just want to make a notation that you played the expansion on a particular day (for your game calendar), you can put in that you played it a fractional number of times (e.g. ".1"). Then it will pop up on your games played for that day, but you won't have duplication of plays by logging one play of the base game, and one play of each expansion. The only problem with this is that if you played the game multiple times in a day with different configurations of expansions, you won't be able to tell from your games played log what expansions you played (as they will all register as x0).
