Hello, Oliver! There's no official list (only the Will-o'-the-wisp and the Wishing Table from the expansion are mentioned by name in the rules) so it's pretty much guesswork to who they are but...

Phoenix (12)
Conan the barbarian (3=20)
Lost Boy (3=10)
Pixie (567)
Dwarf (11/22/33/44/55/66/77)
Giant (6688)
Falkor the luck dragon (1111)
Golem (1367/2468)
Hansel & Gretel (88)
Flying Monkey (x=10)
Ent (====)
Xena, Warrior Princess (357)
Aslan (8888)
Goblin (==)
Unicorn (1234)
Gnome (==+66)
Captain Hook (222diamond)
Cerberus (===)
Fairy Godmother (7777)
Medusa (3=7)
Grim Reaper (18)
Will-o'-the-wisp (333/666 444/555)
Tweedledum/Tweedledee (7788)
Snow White (2)
Puss In Boots (345)
Little Red Riding Hood (45678)
Gandalf (small straight)
Mad Hatter (large straight)
Bilbo Baggins (3 even/3 uneven)
Harry Potter dementor (==+==)
Rumplestiltskin (333)
Wishing table (4)

The only one that had me puzzled was Rumplestiltskin but my friend Annette pointed out that he was holding a handful of golden straw and the flames in the background relate to his doom when his name is discovered; in some versions he stamped his feet and burst into flames.

Possibly, yes. I've just noticed the glasses. What made me think it was Gandalf was the glowing staff.

Wow, hadn't noticed the Death/Adolf Hiler reference of 18 before! Wonder if that was just happenstance?

Although it's probably 18 because the card range is from 1 to 8 so they are both terminals.

A guy who I was playing this with pointed out that the Mad Hatter's power of swapping cards refers to him swapping places at the tea party.
