While nice, I feel like the voucher is sort of just a way for them to sell more. I'm not sure if we've learned the MSRP cost of anything though, so tell me if we have. Since you will probably be able to get them cheaper via other stores (like you can with any board game product) and it's cheaper for SFG to sell direct to customers, I kind of feel like it's just a way to ensure future direct B2C sales.
Totally agree, without costs we can't say whether it'll be worth using or not, they stated was given as compensation for the high shipping costs. Their shipping costs could be £15 for any new order.
The slightly annoying thing is I drive past their office in Manchester almost everyday. They should let me go for a visit.
