+ 1 for Unnamed Object. Classic push-your-luck game of exploring for treasure in a danger-infested cave! Very easy to learn and plays well with up to 8 players.

Formula D is great if you're into racing, especially the very basic tactics and strategy of Formula One.

Dice Town is a fun game where you push your luck trying to make the best poker hand out of dice rolls. Definitely appeals to those who love Western-themed games.

Pass the Pigs is a very simple push-your-luck game that especially appeals to kids, since you get to roll two little pig miniatures

Deep Sea Adventure

Plays 2-6, quick little semi-coop, semi-screw-your-neighbours game about diving for treasure. It comes in a tiny box. Very simple and produces lots of laughter.

+1 for Deep Sea Adventure

Many push your luck games don't have a lot of theme. Some exceptions are:
Roll to the South Pole
The Adventurers: The Pyramid of Horus
The Adventurers: The Temple of Chac

Pandemic: The Cure is one of my all-time favorite games, but it may not be a prototypical "press your luck" game.

I'm finding that I don't like push you luck games, but I did enjoy Can't Stop most out of those I've played.

+1 Can't Stop - it's hard to beat this classic pure push-your-luck

For thematic, +1 to Adventurers, especially Pyramid of Horus.

Skull is a pure push your luck game. And it's luck based on the decisions of the people around you, not on some random element.

Snowblind: Race for the Pole is the go-to push your luck game at my house. Mostly because the Mrs. likes it which means I get to play something.

Well, there's probably a few that I enjoy but the one right now that stands out and that I quite enjoy the most is Mystic Vale.
