I got Dead ends (2 packs actually) and really enjoyed it. I have also played Maziacs the board game.
I enjoy simple dungeon crawls like solo tower hack, solo dungeon bash, pocket dungeon.
What maze/crawl games would you recommend that use simple-style cards or tiles like the ones from dead ends and maziacs?
Nothing complex that uses hex tiles, or complex dungeon tiles.

Well, I don't know either of these. Maybe Dungeoneer: Tomb of the Lich Lord? It's the simplest Dungeon-Crawler I know.

I am not familiar with those games but I think Masmorra: Dungeons of Arcadia is a light dungeon crawler with both competitive and cooperative mode.

Don't know much about the games you mentioned, but I've enjoyed Escape The Curse of the Temple. We bought the big box so it comes with a lot of expansions, but it is a fun yet stressful game. Can be played with others or soloed. There is a campaign style add on as well that is fun to try to go through. I play it with my wife and 10 and 7 year old kids as well as by myself.

Adding Delve to the list. It is on Kickstarter right now. It is a combination of tile-laying game, like Carcassonne, and narrative game, like Tales of the Arabian Night, albeit on the light side. Very interesting!

Take a look at One Deck Dungeon. It's a really neat card-based dungeon crawl for 1-2 people.
