If you begin a game the rulebook states:

The dealer shuffles the cards and deals 4 to his opponent and 3 for himself,
the rest becomes a draw deck placed face-down. Take two cards from
the top of the deck and place them next to it, face-up. They will not be
used during this game.

If there are no cards left in the deck during the game the rulebook states:

If there are no cards left in the deck, the dealer keeps the last
card of the sequence on the table, shuffles the rest and forms a new deck.

Does this include the two cards placed face-up in the beginning (they will not be used during this game) and / or do you draw two new cards that will not be used after reshuffling?

I hope someone can answer my question.

The two removed cards at the beginning of the game are not to be used during the game. When there are no cards left in the deck, you shuffle only the cards in the sequence, except the last.
