Did any of you guys get an email confirmation of your reservation at Seven Springs?

I reserved a condo a few weeks ago and the agent gave me a confirmation number over the phone, but I didn't receive any email confirming the reservation or deposit.

We didn't stay on-site last year, so just wondering if this is normal or if I should contact them about sending me something in writing.

I would say go ahead and call and ask for an email confirmation.

I received an email confirmation for my condo rental. It came right after I made the reservation.

Mine arrived soon after I made my hotel reservations a 10:40 on the first morning.

I got it taken care of. They had the wrong email address.

I was putting off calling them because of the mammoth wait on hold I had when I made the reservation. (Bailed twice after 45 min, then bit the bullet the third time and got on at about the hour mark.) Didn't take long to get through this time though.

That's not my experience. I had to call on several occasions while "gaming" a new credit card for rewards. Got through after a few seconds each time. the woman who answered did screw up, almost comically, in communications, but the calls ended quickly and well, and I got an email confirmation shortly thereafter.
