Needed a larger Commands & Colors: Napoleonics map for an epic scenario.

I crafted this paper map section...

...used it as a filler to link this pair of original boards...

...and the result is acceptable for my purposes.

Thought other fans of the game might be interested. The "patch" is secured with rubber cement. The adhesive will not harm the boards if applied correctly; it can be removed with little trouble.

Very nice - could you post a copy of the file you created to print that?

Wish I had one to post.

That section was created by using my color copier to make the "patch" from three separate parts. The whole thing is held together with tape and rubber cement. The linked boards measure 27 hexes by 9 hexes... the playing surface could actually be larger if a wider "patch" was created.

You may have them... but CSI and MM still show Epic as pre-order.

We're close but not quite there yet.

I added in my "selfmade boards" thread the 2 new epic size templates.

I let my templates print on PVC from a online shop, which makes also battlemats.

This may sound snippy, but I received my Epic Expansion from GMT nearly 1 month ago. I can't speak for our overseas friends, but I am near the outer limits of shipping distance from GMT. If I have received it, it's fair to say that anyone who ordered from GMT in the States probably has the product.

I appreciate your desire and patience to save money by waiting for a discount supplier to stock the items but the products are out. YOU are 'not quite there yet' because you have made (the very valid) decision to exercise patience and save money.

Just need a larger playing surface, not all the extra goodies.

All of my C&C:N scenarios use 1:72 scale miniatures.

Well for the other 99.99% of the CCN world, the Epic module is available!
