I know all the figures depict females transforming into monsters but does this mean that they must all be females. In the scenarios, does anyone know if a male suspect can change into a thrall. If so, I can modify a figure I've got to look like a male thrall.

Thanks. Based on these replies, I'm going to paint my male
thrall. I very much support transgender rights but I'm surprised FFG did not include a bit more variety of thralls. I suspect it's not because of a subtle campaign against male patriarchy but because the company was too mean to pay for the cost of an extra sculpt.

In any case, for those who live in the UK, CP models do an excellent figure which matches the thrall very well.
