I have had some games of Descent and I have some quetions about the familiars. And especially about Reanimate. What are the actions that you can make with the Reanimate. He can obviously move and attack. Can he open doors? What about Search? If he can search then can he use search icons? Can you use Reanimate to revive a hero?

I believe that he can open doors just like a hero would. And reviving is probably allowed.

Searching is difficult. If he searches a location who will get the search item?

It's best to not read into things with descent. The rules say what you can do, nothing more. So the reanimate can move and attack, that's it. No revive, no searching, no opening doors.

For familiars in general:

Familiars are allowed to take one move action each activation, and do nothing else.

For "Familiar treated as a figure":

The familiar's card will tell you if it is allowed to take other actions. If it does not say, that means it can take one move action each activation and do nothing else.

For "Familiar treated as an obstacle" (Geomancer: Summoned Stone):

Allowed to take one move action each activation, and do nothing else. Geomancer skills can permit them to do more.

Each familiar has only a single move action it can take. Not two as most heroes and monsters, but only one. That's it. By default they can do nothing more.

In addition, familiars can perform the action specifically allowed by its card or by class skills. For example, the reanimate can perform an attack action in addition to his one move action because this is specifically mentioned on its familiar card.

The reanimate cannot open or close doors, cannot search, cannot revive, cannot interact with objects in a quest (unless a quest specifically allows such a thing), etc. It has a single move action and/or a single attack action. Nothing more, nothing less.
