Looking for board games that have followings of people and a "Steam Workshop" like online community that adds things to it. Whether it be new characters, scenarios, maps, etc. I love it when things get added to games and have a lot of different ways to play. It can just be digital things to print for the game or something. Doesn't need to be physical.
Side note: Not really looking for just generic RPG where you build anything like GURPS, Savage Worlds, etc.

I know Sentinels of the Multiverse has a lot of fan-made decks. I think there are also quite a few fan-made maps for Ticket to Ride as well as Age of Steam/Steam. I may be wrong, but I think there are many fan scenarios forMemoir '44.
