Hi. Does anyone know of a boardgame where several boards are stacked? Like 3D chess is Star Trek TNG. Or any other type of 3D games. It an interesting idea and there must be some thing out there. But I couldn't really find any just by Googling.

You could try Burgle Bros with the optional tower add-on, like this (not my photo):

It's a heist game where your team of thieves are trying to steal the loot, avoid the guards, and escape off the roof. It's lots of fun and can even be played solo.

Santorini is a new game where you build in 3D. It's truly beautiful, is easy to pick up and play, but is extremely challenging too. It's a wonderful game.

I also agree that Burgle Bros. with the 3D tower would be a good choice too.

Alban Viard's a designer exploring 3D. Town Center is the most obvious (and simplest, easiest to acquire), but Clinic explores 3D represented in 2D. I think he's working on another 3D title for 2017/2018.

Colt Express is a more fun pre-programmed movement game but has two different levels on a 3d train?

I can only think of mostly kids stuff such as snakes and ladders so not much help :-)

Dragon Keeper: The Dungeon offers stackable boards but you only play at one of them at a time.

There's an upcoming kickstarter (can't remember name) of an Area 51 style parody dungeon crawler, that has like 7 stacked boards for levels.

I wouldn't think of it as 3D exactly, but Terrace has a height element, and it's the first one that I thought of...

Well, the Star Trek 3D game was made for a while - I think I saw someone had one when I was a kid, but I never played it. Searching BGG, StratoCheas is available from Amazon and there's a new one called 3D Pawn with what looks like magnets to move pieces on the sides and top. I have no idea if any of these are any good as games - I kinda doubt it.

The Climbers is being reprinted I think. This one always intrigued me more than the very popular new edition of Santorini. Both have you moving around different levels. I haven't played either, but both look like great games.

There are lots of stacking games, but I assume that's not what you want.

First thing that came to my mind when i read your title is the wonderful Taluva from Ferti games.. stacking tiles and building on different levels are key mechanics.
