Tennessee Game Days XII (2017) is coming up on March 17-19, 2017 in Nashville, TN. As part of the festivities, I am, once again, running the no-ship math trade as well as the Virtual Flea Market.

I will be running these two lists concurrently. If you decide to list something in both places prior to the wants list deadline for the math trade, please be sure to submit a blank wants list for that item. The VFM will extend past the end of the math trade to give participants an opportunity to list items that did not successfully trade.

The trade resolution process will be similar to last year, which worked very well. At an appointed time everyone will be expected to drop off the games they are trading away and, once that has been completed, everyone can collect their stack. The specific time will be announced closer to TGD.

Math Trade Geeklist: https://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/221657/tennessee-game...
Request geeklist: https://boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/221659/tennessee-game-day... (this list is for participants to post what items they want others to offer for trade)
Virtual Flea Market geeklist: https://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/221658/tennessee-game...

Deadlines

Submissions open: 1:00 pm CST February 6
Submissions close: 10:00 pm CST February 28

Want list submissions open: 11:00 pm CST February 28
Want list submissions close: 6:00 pm CST March 6

Results posted: ASAP after verification.

The schedule this year has been posted. The Math Trade and Virtual Flea Market meetups are both scheduled for the Clydesdale room. It is not necessary to use the VFM meet up times, they are just offered as a convenience for coordination purposes.

Friday, 8pm-9pm, VFM Meet, Clydesdale.
Saturday, 12pm-1pm, VFM/MT Meet, Clydesdale.

As with last year, I will have paper lists of each person's math trades that can be used to help coordinate things. You are always welcome to complete your trades at any time during TGD, but the bulk of the math trade will most likely complete at noon on Saturday.

Only board and card games for the Math Trade. The Virtual Flea Market is open season, though.

What do you have in mind?

I'll have some extra Nintendo Switch consoles that I might be looking to offload around that time.

Was thinking about putting a listing for it on the Virtual Flea Market so that people could contact me if they had interest, but didn't want to violate any policies you have.

I'll probably be adding some board game stuff too when I get a chance to do an inventory of stuff to sell.

Was wondering about this also. I have some bobbleheads that I'd like to offer on the VFM.
