When you capture the colony at Tortosa, how does the colony's ability work? It states to add permanent enmity stickers instead of enmity tokens after a raid. Does this mean you can try to conquer a colony even if you do not have enough enmity tokens (since you are placing stickers, not tokens)? Additional clarifications on this rule are appreciated, as well.

It has been clarified to have you place ONE sticker at Arados the first time it's conquered.

After that, the ability specifically applies to raids against the colony itself - so if you control New Tortosa and another player raids the farm, they would leave 3 permanent stickers instead of tokens.

I would allow them to perform such a raid with no tokens if they wanted, but I don't know of an official ruling on that part.

Thanks for the clarification. Where would the permanent stickers be placed? On the farm on the Colony? On the home province area for stickers? Or on the Island area for stickers?

The first time it's conquered from the Society, the one sticker goes on the island of Arados.

When it's conquered from another player, they would go in that player's permanent enmity area.
