I've tried out a couple of house rules for Klask. Here are what we've come up with:

Ball Out of Play: If you knock a ball out of play intentionally (e.g. knocking it out of your own corner) results in a "penalty shot" that the opponent takes from their Klask logo. You can't block the shot or touch the ball until it touches a wall. During playtests, this play is surprisingly difficult, but our penalty shots got better as we went on.

Legal acts not covered by the rules: The following acts are legal:
* Getting the striker on its side and controlling it like a bat to hit both the ball and the white peg
* Playing along the back wall with the striker parallel to the playing surface. This is surprisingly easy to move from the playing surface to either wall. We allowed this because the corner wall has a screw that the striker tends to stick. You can easily remove it but it can trip up a player that attempts a play there.

Illegal act not covered by the rules: You cannot play along the side walls in the same manner as I described above for the back wall.
