Completely awesome! Since you left our group, I have been one of the main 'rules explainers' for most of our games and I can so relate to this.

Kudos to you though, because in all the games you taught us I don't remember you forgetting or leaving out many rules.

I'm still pretty good about remembering rules, but I sometimes fall down on remembering to change the game setups for the number of players, which can cause problems like "Hm, doesn't this game ever end?" or "It's over already? Are you sure?"

But I've had the situation in the comic happen, where I swear I've explained things one way but everyone else swears I didn't. Where's my voice recorder when I need it?

You get complain about ONE of the following:

A) You didn't tell me that rule.

B) We're spending too much time on rules, let's play.

When the same people are complaining about both, you know you're in trouble.
