I want to clarify. In a standard game, whenever players heal themselves due to the virtue of the event card effects of ability like Righteousness, can they go beyond 30 health point? Or is 30 health point the maximum limit of health one gets?

Yes, you can gain more life than 30.

I also believe that you met the King of the Forest, Mei, and meeting him is a sign of good luck.

You can have infinite health. Example, get 60 health and you win with this guy.

Not to be a smartass, but while you can have any amount of health points, you can't have infinite health points.

Okay, infinity minus one?

Infinite minus one is infinite. So, no.

I may disagree here. It seems like he's saying that the amount of health that may be gained is infinite, in that there is no limit.

You can have infinite health, in that the amount of health you may gain is infinite. The statement is talking about potential health gain, so infinite is correct since there is no upper limit.

Now if he had said "You can have infinity health"...that would be wrong.

Disclaimer: school was a long time ago, and i am not good words.

As I understand the terms, Infinity and infinite are different in that Infinite describes potential and Infinity defines the concept.

Ian

PS I may be wrong. I'm not a doctor.

'Infinity' is the noun and 'infinite' is the adjective. They both describe the same concept.

I think what you mean is 'unlimited.'

There is no limit to the amount of life you can gain or have, but you cannot gain or have infinite life.
