Well, not strictly speaking, but it's a nice symbol in a world which seems so full of hate sometimes.

Not sure, but they should probably steer clear of area control games.

(Anything bringing people together is a positive... it's easier when the thing resonates with both sets of people. I've not been to Jerusalem but have been around other parts of the Middle East and even played backgammon in Cairo... it's not hard for me to picture the scene.)
