Sometimes, as an out-of-shape white male, I feel like I'm under-represented in the board gaming community.

Can anyone suggest blogs or podcasts headed by out-of-shape white males that I could follow? Thanks!

[For everyone who will be devastatingly offended by this - it's meant to back up the LGBTQ post and re-emphasize that we need MORE inclusiveness in the hobby]

Many. Mostly on the dice tower (I am one, although audio version only. I am trying not to be one).

Don't worry, I hear that those who share your stated criteria are a rising demographic in the US.

I dunno - Tom Vasel's lost some weight recently so I'd put him as more representative of the "Stout, white-male" demographic.

Sam and Zee don't qualify since I'm pretty sure both of them are Hispanic.whistle

I'd like to recommend an afternoon of X-Wing at my FLGS. You'll immediately crave kale.

Hey, way to make fun of folks who are trying to be inclusive. You're a quality human being.

What a sad response to other people's attempt to look for and promote inclusion in our hobby. If you're so fragile as to feel threatened about women/LGBT/minority voices in gaming/in general, then perhaps it would be more productive to not say anything at all?

Not a blog or podcast recommendation, a genre recommendation. Switch to wargames.

I'm not making fun of them at all. This was a light-hearted jab at a hobby that needs to be more inclusive - that's all. It was meant to back up the LGBTQ sentiment.

I thought I made that clear by making it self-depricating. I guess not.

In reference to board gaming, what would they like to say?

I think that Sam would be better described as a Cranky-American...

You did. But some people seized the knee-jerk chance to signal their virtue.
