We played zombicide 24 hrs race of zombicity.. a few thing to discuss..

-Can we have more than 2 cars in one zone? If we can, when we move 1 car away, does it also hit another car like normal zombies?

-If let say we have 4 walkers and 2 fatties in one zone, when the car leave or go to that area, we throw 6 dice in one shot, and distribute the hits right? One of the player said we should throw 1 by 1, as in throwing 6 times..

Thanks for the help.

From the FAQ 2.0:

(Q) What happens when I drive a car in a Zone with another car containing Survivors?
(A) In Season 1, being in a car doesn’t affect the targeting priority in any way, so those unfortunate Survivors in the other car will be targeted first by your car attack. This is no longer the case in Season 2, where the rules state “roll one die for each miniature in the Zone, except for the Survivors in any car".

So yes, and yes, unless you're playing Season 2 or later.

You can resolve this by throwing six dice in one go and then assigning hits.

Yes.
and also remember that runners essentially hide behind the fatties for car attacks (same as ranged weopons), so you can't drive over any runners when they are in the same zone as a fatty.
