Great price, but what do you do with these? A one-sided, 4" x 6" player aid?

...with glossy photo paper, I am assuming.
How well that will endure human handling/shuffling?

Pretty well if you cut them each into four 2x3" and sleeve them.

The reviews I have read indicate that it is not normal photo paper, but rather a semi-lusterous finish on firm card stock.

What sleeve would you recommend at that size?

They would be great for customized card dividers for those games with generic dividers (Legendary Encounters) or LCG in general. They could be cut to fit for horizontal or vertical card storage.

mayday has 50x75 sleeves (sails of glory), which are slightly smaller than 2" (50.8mm) x 3" (76.2mm).

Swan then. They do 51x77mm.

Though some of the stuff about amazon photo prints suggests they might have thin white borders on them. If that's the case the 50x75 probably are the way to go.
