Wolfgang and Wubbly, after having failed a second time to cleanse Vanderville of the wolves, heard rumors about very strange goings on in a nearby town called New Vanderhaven.
Neither Wolfgang nor Wubbly had ever heard of this place, so they had absolutely no idea what to expect!

The Game

No night posting.

The rules for this game were blatantly borrowed from mafiascum.
The premise is that I randomly choose 7 numbers from 1-100, repeating permitted. Then, each number is turned into a letter as follows:
1-50 = V (Villager. This directly influences evil roles.)
51-65 = S (Stalkers)
66-75 = P (Protection)
76-85 = H (Hiding)
86-95 = K (Killing)
96-100 = I (Investigative)

Roles are inserted into the setup depending on how many of each letter are generated. For example, when looking at the "P" list, I look at how many Ps I received. If I get no Ps, no roles from the P list are added (exception: "V" list has a set of roles to be added if 0 Vs are generated). If I draw more letters than are listed in a category, the maximum power listed is given for that letter.
Once all roles are assigned in this method, every other player is assigned villager, one of which is also Wolfgang, and unaware of this status.

Stalker Roles
S = Stalker
SS = Stalker, Weak Stalker
SSS = Stalker, Stalker
SSSS = Stalker, Stalker, Weak Stalker
SSSSS = Stalker, Stalker, Stalker, Weak Stalker

Protection Roles
P = Bodyguard OR Jailkeeper (50/50 chance of either)
PP = Jailkeeper, Bodyguard
PPP = Jailkeeper, Bodyguard, Bodyguard
PPPP = Jailkeeper, Bodyguard, Bodyguard, Bodyguard

Hiding Roles
H = Hider
HH = Hider, Evader
HHH = Hider, Evader, Evader
HHHH = Hider, Evader, Evader, Evader

Killing Roles
K = Vengeful OR Vigilante (50/50 chance of either)
KK = Vengeful, Vigilante
KKK = Vengeful, Vigilante, Vigilante
KKKK = Vengeful, Vengeful, Vigilante, Vigilante

Investigative Roles
I = Wubbly
II = Weapons Checker
III = Wubbly, Weapons Checker
IIII = Wubbly, Weapons Checker, Weapons Checker

Evil Roles
VVVVVVV = Werewolf, Weak Bus Driver Wolf, Serial Killer
VVVVVV = Werewolf, Weak Bus Driver Wolf
VVVVV = Werewolf, Weak Bus Driver Wolf, Serial Killer
VVVV = Werewolf, Werewolf, Werewolf JOAT
VVV = Werewolf, Werewolf, Werewolf JOAT, Serial Killer
VV = Werewolf, Weak Bus Driver Wolf, Werewolf JOAT
V = Werewolf, Weak Bus Driver Wolf, Werewolf JOAT, Serial Killer
0 Vs = Werewolf, Weak Bus Driver Wolf, Werewolf JOAT

Serial Killer chooses its ability pregame"

Team Good

Villager
- Kill some wolves!
One of the villagers will be Wolfgang, and is unaware of this status. Wolfgang is unaffected by all vote manipulation abilities; if any role increases or decreases his vote strength, it will have no effect.

Stalker - Each night, may target a player. The stalker will be given the name of anybody that player targeted during the night.

Weak Stalker - Once per game, may target a player. The stalker will be given the name of anybody that player targeted during the night.

Bodyguard - Each night, may target a player. That player will not be killed during the night unless more than one kill is assigned to that player. The bodyguard may not target themselves, but may target the same player on consecutive nights. Bodyguard will not be informed of a successful protect.

Jailkeeper - Each night, may target a player. That player will not be killed during the night, and all night actions that would be performed by that player are also prevented. May not target themselves, but may target the same player on consecutive nights.

Hider - Each night, may target a player to hide in their house for the night. If that player is a werewolf or serial killer, the hider dies. If that player would die in the night, the hider also dies. But if none of those occur, the hider is immune from dying that night.

Evader - Once per game, during the night, may become immune to death or investigations for that night.

Vengeful - If the vengeful is lynched, they may brutal any other player.

Vigilante - Each night, may kill any player.

Wubbly - Each night, may target a player. Wubbly will be informed of their role, however vanilla werewolves and villagers will both return the result “vanilla"

Weapons Checker - Each night, may target a player, and will be told whether or not that player possesses weapons. The roles that possess weapons are Wubbly, Weapons Checkers, Werewolves, Vigilantes, Vengefuls, and the Serial Killer.

Team Evil

Werewolf
- Eat some villagers! NKs are made individually, the last wolf to submit the kill is the one responsible for making the NK that night.

Weak Bus Driver Wolf - Once per game, during the night, may choose to swap two players. Any action that affects one player affects the other instead.

Werewolf Jack of All Trades - May use each of the following abilities once per game, during the night:
Roleblock: any actions that would be performed by this player are prevented.
Ninja: the NK for that night (if it’s submitted by the JOAT) will not be detected by stalkers or weak stalkers.
Assassin: the NK for that night (if it’s submitted by the JOAT) will bypass bodyguards and jailkeepers.

Team Serial Killer

Serial Killer - During N0, serial killer selects whether they would like to be a Captain (survives the first time they would be killed during the night) or be a ninja assassin (kills made by the serial killer can not be detected or prevented)
Each night, may NK a player.

Victory Conditions

Good - Eliminate all the werewolves and serial killers.

Werewolves - When the number of werewolves is greater than the number of non-werewolves or nothing can stop this from occurring.

Serial Killer - Be the last player alive.

Misc

Night posting is not allowed.

Order of NK operations: Evader, Hider, Bus Driver, Jailkeeper/ Roleblocker, Bodyguard, Kills, Investigations

All role actions are optional.

Whichever wolf submits the last NK order is the only wolf performing the kill for that night. If the last NK order is submitted by a wolf who later gets lynched, the remaining wolves performs that NK.

Full reveal

No lynch and nightfall are enabled.

What would be a modkill in other games is a team loss in this game.

Absolutely no zombie posts. Any substantial zombie posts will give a team loss.

Please do not replace out of the game unless IRL stuff makes you unavailable. Please don't replace out of the game because you're not having fun, not all games can be fun.

The Cassandra Automatic Vote Tally System

Your Moderator has enabled the Cassandra Automatic Vote Tally system
for this game. In order for it to function correctly, your votes will
need to be formatted correctly. The following rules will explain what
you will need to do:

Players
1. All votes must be bolded

2. The entire vote statement must be bolded and enclosed in brackets:
[vote jmilum]

3. If your game allows, and you [vote nightfall] your vote will
be locked. Your moderator may have disabled nightfall votes.

4. Vote tallies will be automatically posted to the game thread
regularly if the tally has changed. The Tally and Vote Logs (for each
game day) are also available on the Cassandra game page.

5. If your vote is not counted be sure to check the Vote Log page and
see if it was marked invalid and why.

6. Case does not matter and simple typos will not cause the vote to fail.

7. You may [vote no lynch] if your game allows it.

8. Non voting players will be listed in the tallies. This will only be
correct if the Moderator notes which players have been killed (see below)

9. Editing a vote post will invalidate the vote and it will not be counted.

Moderators
1. The moderator will need to post [Dawn] when the day begins
(after the night results are posted) and [Dusk] when the lynch
deadline has passed and the day is over. Votes will not be counted
after [Dusk] has been posted. They will be registered again
after [Dawn] is next posted.

2. You may include a day number in the dawn and dusk post for
informational purposes, but it will not be used by the system.
Cassandra will increment an internal counter each time it sees
[Dawn] no matter what day is shown in a dawn post (i.e.
[Dawn 3] the three is allowed but ignored)

3. After dusk has been posted, the Moderator may go to the game page
on Cassandra to request a Final Tally to be posted before the normal
scan period has elapsed (i.e. Game Y gets scanned at 45 min. after the
hour, if it lynches at 7pm the moderator may request a tally to be
posted from the game page before 7:45pm. it will also be posted
regardless of whether or not it has been changed since the last
posting) - Do this by clicking on the 'Force Vote Tally' link.

4. You will need to note which players were killed via the lynch or at night by
either posting [killed jmilum] in the thread, or by going to the game
page and editing the player list. When posting in the thread, be sure to post
[dusk] before posting the lynch kill, and post [dawn] before
posting the night kill.
Example:
A. lynch time has passed so post [dusk]
B. goto the game page and select a final tally to be posted
C. check the final tally and post [killed melsana]
D. after the night deadline has passed post [dawn]
E. post the night kill with [killed kima]

Your Moderator has chosen to use the Longest Held Last Vote method for a tiebreaker - This is just for Cassandra system, and there may be a different tiebreaker specified by your Moderator in the ruleset.
Your Moderator has chosen to allow Nightfall votes.
Your Moderator has chosen to allow No Lynch votes.

Wolfgang arrived at New Vanderhaven with no idea what to expect.
He and Wubbly had been separated on the way there, but Wolfgang knew that Wubbly would try to make it there.

Walking into the village, Wolfgang realised he knew so little about the situation, he was not even sure whether Wubbly was there! He was hoping he could help the villagers of New Vanderhaven from whatever was troubling them before it was too late!

I think it's likely beneficial to do an all claim in this set up, to enable us to work out what world we are in. Evil has the advantage in knowing a bit more based on the roles they have been dealt.

That said, I am generally against D1 all claims, especially ones that directly trap an Evil. I don't think this set is one of the second type though. I will probably comply if consensus is to do it, but this is going to be it from me in terms of suggesting or arguing about it.

Oh, I posted first in the thread! That's right. I am your mayor people.
I propose we will build a wall. We will keep the werewolves out, and we will make New Vanderhaven great again.

The problem with an ALL CLAIM is that the werewolves aren't going to SAY they are werewolves. They will say they are villagers or GS. So All it does it out honest people and get them killed. Let the wolves suffer through it and try to figure out who is worth a NK.
