Can anyone respond with how Heroes of the Nam mechanics, scenarios/campaign compares with '65? I am trying to decide which Vietnam tactical game to go with.

two completely different games. 1 is 100% card driven more akin to CC in mechanic but not game play.

The other is more akin to a thematic hollywood style tactical shooter like ASL.

One is great for easing someone into wargames, the other is a bit more work, and would need the 'beginner gloves' on.

Thanks, Kev. I am an experienced wargamer. While I own the Conflict of Heroes games, I was looking for something similar for the Vietnam era.

Thank you. I pre-ordered Heroes of the Nam and the Solo expansion.
