... Ultraverse? Prime, Exiles, Nightman, Firearm, Solitaire, Wrath.

The books were always solid and Marvel bought them out and canceled them all.

It'd be fun to see them pop up here. Although, they are basically forgotten relics so it wouldn't tie back to anything.

I thought you were going to go with Titans.

HA!

And yes, I do. I'm not sure Marvel owns those characters though...

I loved that universe back when Image was formed. Pretty exciting times but short lived. Prime and Rune were my favorites.

Unless they have since sold the rights, I believe they purchased all the rights when then purchased Malibu comics in 1994. Marvel played with the characters a couple of times, but for the most part put the universe in a deep slumber.

I remember Prime being of the SIGNIFICANTLY OVER-MUSCLED hero. Always thought it looked like tumors all over his body. There was also the bigger more muscled brother of Booster Gold (Hardcase).

I remember Prime, Hardcase, and Prototype being decently popular comics for a time. Mantra had a significant cult following too I believe. I also remember a terrible live action TV show of Night Man.

My understanding is that Marvel still owns them all but won't touch them because of some legal reason.
