I'm thinking of reprinting a game's board in a much bigger size (x2 or even x3) to be able to play with miniatures. I asked the editor but I wasn't able to get the original image file. Did people here already reprint a board to make it bigger? How to proceed? Is it something complicated to do?

Sorry if I'm not at the right subforum.

Have you looked at the Image section of that game?

If some one uploaded an image if the board you can use that.

Yes I looked, there is no picture usable for this purpose. I think I'll ask a professional to scan the board but I have some doubts that it would give anything good.

This forum is for discussions about the process of designing games. Your post would fit better under "do it yourself".

If it is a quadfold, you could probably jury-rig a flat-bed scanner to scan each quadrant of the board fairly easily.
