I see there is already a topic about a longlasting “refund-saga”. Are there any others that experience the same problems?
I was promised a refund within a few days on the 20th of feb, but have not received anything. And after that all communication stopped… not getting any responses on kickstarter, nothing via email, and I even made a ticker at the cryto customer service website, which also remains unresponded to.

How did you guys get Crypto to refund you?

I am having exactly the same problem, and hence the same question

Contacted them through official channels, no answer from service desk, no communication at all.

It reflects very poorly on the quality of service of Cryptozoic.

I hate when they do that.
Say yes or say no but be clear and stick to your word instead of playing hide & seek.
One time is a mistake, three times is a pattern.

Now I don't feel comfortable with this KS.
It "feels" like they don't care about the backers.

Each and every problem that occurred and that we heard about has been handled poorly.

Not a good sign...
And I can't help feeling it's just a start.

Every outstanding refund has been processed internally and sent off to Stripe which finalizes all of our e transactions. For some reason, there has been a delay on their end in finalizing some of these refunds. We have been trying to figure out why the delay continues as well. If you would like to PM me with your KS account I can double check for you and confirm.

Here's my experience..... From Kickstarter messenger..


Hi guys,
I payed ver $100 US for shipping to New Zealand (I thought that was crazy - but did anyway as I really am looking forward to this game). I have later discovered that was a glitch. Can I please possily have a refund for the difference? You'll see I'm a Cryptozoic supperter on KS with other projects also
