I'm in a process to create a 3 players asymmetrical game and i'm looking for already existent game to compare the balance system.

I'll be glad if anyone know one !

Example of 3-players base game like Trieste can be great also.

Vast, the Crystal Caverns
Churchill may also meet your criteria

To a 'small' extent (asymmetrical setup and start) The End of the Triumvirate

I've just started trying to see how asymmetrical my gaming tastes can be so these might not be the best examples for you but it might be worth a look.
Age of Mythology: The Boardgame - the asymmetry is mixed in the the players deck
City of Iron: Second Edition - players are pushed to different strategies based on their cards abilities.
The Ares Project

none of those have asymmetrical gameplay but rather something more like unique strengths to favor one strategy over another if the rest of the game doesn't give you other favorable choices.
Hope what little I had helps, would love to see more asymmetry out there!

Churchill and Triumph and tragedy, but you could also look at games that are rated as best with 3.

Being a good 3 player game does not necessarily equate to being a good 3 player assymetrical game, which I believe is the primary criteria.

Cry Havoc doesn't have asymetrical goals but each player has asymetrical powers and ways to achieve the ultimate goal: get victory points.

Ok, thanks for all the answers ! I hve a lot of rulesbook the read :-)

Most of theme don't have asymetrical mechanics but it's still a good way to begin. Also it's motive me even to create a 3-players asymetrical mechanics game where the goal is the same but not the way of playing.

I'll see the games you advise and i might reply with more question after that.
