Looking for used copies that are less than the current retail of $70 and $61.

My daughter is sick of my Euros and has requested these.

How old is your daughter? If she is ~13 or younger, than Mice and Mystics would probably be better of the two. If age is not a factor, the better of the two games is Dead of Winter IMO.

For a younger girl, I think she would love the theme and story line of Mice and Mystics. My boys 6 and 8 love it. They love the story and they get interested in and attached to the characters because they're given a personality. Each campaign progresses the story. The story portion gets read before, during, and after the campaign. And if she loves it, there are a couple expansions that continue the story. One of the expansions is even bigger than the base game. It's great.

So, from a thematic point of view, I would highly recommend Mice and Mystics.

This may depend on her age a bit, but you know her best.

In addition to the age question, what is your typical player count? Mice and Mystics is great with 2, but for Dead of Winter I want at least 4, and 2 is right out.
