I just bought a copy of Pathfinder Pawns: Iron Gods Adventure Path Pawn Collection and when I opened it back home there was a piece missing. I called Paizo customer support and they asked me to email them the exact item I bought and send a picture of the page with the missing piece so there would be no mistake in what they would send me. 24 hours later I get a confirmation of a package being sent to me from Paizo Publishing with the missing page.

I can understand people not liking the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, there are games I detest too but good customer service needs to be highlighted when it's well done.
