You mean like this? Not sure what size cubes it holds, but says it's for the game Eclipse

Ya, but only 2 columns and more like a printable version, something like the player board of istanbul, which is nothing but a resource tracker

You can draw a grid with numbers on a piece of paper in about 10 seconds.
