When drawn in a 3 player game by the uninfected it immediately outs the infected player. 1/3 chance the infected picks the card, but late game the deck is shuffled, there's another 1/3 chance, Seems little can be done to prevent exposure since only the infected hides their status.
Our first game of DM this card was selected by uninfected player A and directed at uninfected player B, wasn't hard for them to deduce the infected after this play.
I'll likely (house rule) this for the next 3 player game as keeping undercover is far more intriguing.
Yeah, C B is talking about the procedure for starting the Final Event. If you need to reshuffle the deck prior to that, they are not removed.
But that's apropos of nothing with regard to the OP's question. As was mentioned above, it's in the rules that Mandatory Blood Testing is to be removed from the deck for player counts where there is only one Infected (3 or 4).
