Keldon (24 pts)
Captain skill 4. (Shoots first)
Keevan(2 pts) can shoot before target
Total 26 pts

1st wave attack fighters (24 pts)
Captain skill varies
Flanking attack (3pts)
Total 27 pts

Cardasian ART-4107 (total 28 pts)
Captain skill 1

Jem hadar battle cruiser (32 pts)
Captain skill 6 (+2 once with crew)
Thoth Gor (4pts) -1pt per weapon upgrade
Remata'klan (4pts) +2 per attack&captain skill once
Volley of torpedoes (6-1=5 pts) fire another torpedo
Photon torpedoes (5-1=4 pts)
Total (49 pts)

The idea is attack dice
If everything goes optimal its a max of 31 in one turn
With keevan making a next turn attack of 5 more with
his keldon before The enemy can fire again is almost
as good as having 36 in some situations.

Thot gor can manage a captin skill 8 for the one
Turn he pumps out 2 attacks of 8 and 7 by discarding
Remata'klan and using the torpedo vollies.
At some point the first wave attack fighters gives
Five attack dice to the battle cruisers 8 for 13 or
Gives them to keevan to make his fire before anyone
Else a 10.
If keevans keldon is distroyed by his antics
He is the cheepest in the fleet and may have saved a
Better vessel.

A couple switch outs could be the
First wing attack fighters (24 pts 5 templates)
to regular Hideki fighters (20 pts 4 templates)
And then grabbing up a 4 pt tech upgrade
For the keldon or battle cruiser

ATR-4107 does not allow captains or admirals on the ship. So the ship can only have a CS of 1. Although the USS Dauntless has a <tech> (Auto-Navigation) which could give the ship a CS of 2.

I still think i like the build
I was fairly excited to not have a horrible initiative
Across the board and had only paid 6 points on captains
for four ships.

You have a Keldon class in there, why are you not using Dukat from it? free actions are always good.

Also here is a link to a good list builder:

Re:
Ive tried to use Keevan before, but he's mostly been useless or died fast. I think I would like another fighter instead of the ATR:

Jem'Hadar Battle Cruiser (32)
Thot Gor (4)
Remata'Klan (4)
Photon Torpedoes (3)
Volley of Torpedoes (5)
Total (48)

Hideki Class Attack Squadron (20)
Flanking Attack (3)
Total (23)

Koranak (26)
Gul Dukat (5)
Gul Madred (5)
Total (36)

Hideki Class Attack Squadron (20)
Flanking Attack (3)
Total (23)

Fleet total: 130

Both Hidekis can use flanking attack on the volley, so thats 2 attacks at 11 dice. No quality though since you have to spend the Target Lock to make the initial Volley attack.

id like to know i dont need gul dukat to play
Obviously hes good. Free actions are thumbs up.
Id honnestly like to take captain gankers for the sake
Of screwing up other peoples plans and being prepared
For having low captain skills myself (is there such a thing?)

That said im new and im going to seriously consider not
Doing it wrong my way first and perhaps ease into trying
Other stuff after i play more suggested builds.
I guess quality of dice is something i
Should be concerned about over just boat loads of one use dice
That very well could end up missing.

Re:
Well, no you dont need Dukat per se, but he is widely considered the best Dominion captain and the second best captain in the game after Starter Picard. Action economy and high CS are really effective combos.
Madred is a captain ganker and an Admiral, so other ships (except fighters) can use his gank action.
If you want to try Dukat free, for the same points as the Koronak posted earlier:

Re:
So, I trotted this list out this weekend to see how it would do:

Jem'Hadar Battle Cruiser (32)
Thot Gor (4)
Remata'Klan (4)
Shroud (1)
Photon Torpedoes (3)
Volley of Torpedoes (4)
Total (48)

Hideki Class Attack Squadron (20)
Flanking Attack (3)
Total (23)

Hideki Class Attack Squadron (20)
Flanking Attack (3)
Total (23)

Reklar (26)
Fleet Captain: Independent (Romulan) (5)
Gul Macet (3)
Coded Messages (0)
Boheeka (2)
Independent (Romulan) (5)
Total (36)

Fleet total: 130

Generated by Space Dock for Android

Our venue doesnt retire resources, so Fleet Captain. All CS 6 gives me free reign to pick who activates when I want and using coded messages to sling the Cruiser around caught people off guard. Biggest issue was higher skill captains and the Cruiser never lasted long enough to use Remata twice.

I can see it being hard to not wanna shoot at the cruiser first.
The kelvin might be a good choice as its a glass cannon but the fighters are built to be shot. Ive read that making every ship equally desirable to take out first is a good way to go.

Ive barely played n even then meh, as i wait to give my friends their gifts of a romulan and klingon fleet at the beginning of april. Im itching to just talk to someone about it.

So retired resources. That a common thing?
I have like one resource card.
Been wanting to get the flagships off Ebay
Ive managed to get all the dominion OP ships as well
Only two i havnt gotten is the robinson and the borgified jem hadar fighter
Both of which come with almost no dominion cards.
N tho im not all against using any faction card i (we) will barely have anything not faction pure. (Unless i start printing them off from online)

Re:
Resource retirement is only a thing in Organized Play. There is a schedule showing what gets retired when, but most Tournament Organizers I know dont care. For casual play, its between you and your friends.
The Robinson is strait Federation, no Dominion cards at all, not even the ship.
There is no borgified Jem Hadar ship for this game - are you thinking the borgified Galor? It comes with Gul Macet and the Trager.

Proxying cards in order to test them is probably a good idea, some of the resources and rare ships go for stupid money online. You really only need the real cards for OP play. check ouot the utopia set viewer for a full list of what everything has and the resource cards:
http://kfnexus.github.io/staw-utopia/set-viewer.html

Our FLGS runs resource retirement so that the new players have a bit more of a chance and also to cut down on some of the cheese you can pull off with some of the better ones (Indi-Fed fleet captain I am looking at you).

the only Dominion part of the Robinson is the generic version of the ship, but you probably have one of them already if you have the retail attack ship.

This is one of my favorite 130sp lists. It just absolutely melts anything in front of it and with two squadrons I have a lot of staying power. Also, the deployment has the fighters in the center with Gul Dukat cloaked right behind them Try to get in Range 1 with the fighters. And Gul Macet is going to be positioned about R3 to the left or right side of the center. His job is to flank.

The cloak is just to keep people from TL Dukat and focusing down on him. Both Fighters should TL if they can and Dukat should BS and TL if he can evade if they can not. Macet comes in from the side and does one of two things. Target a dangerous captain we play pure so removing someone like the Romulan who has a CS of 5 but attacks at 10. If there are no targets then TL all day. End of the Activation Phase pop Remata'Klan and discard shroud.

Target down the most dangerous ship with focused power. 1st Wave should disable Support Ship for +1 attack dice. Ideally yo should be throwing 25 Dice. If you don't remove at least one ship from the field then you're in trouble as this is heavily dependent on winning that first pass. After the first attack, scatter the Galor and Keldon and harras the rest of the game.

Also Gul Macet should try to keep the enemy in front but dont worry too much if he can't as you have a rear firing arc and with his ability, you take an Aux to attack with 5dice and as long as you keep making green maneuvers you can just re-enable the weapon.
