Let's say in the mid game I floated a 10 share company for a stock price of $200 and bought 6 shares. I cannot sell these share in the same stock round it just floated.

If during the next OR I face cash crisis, can I sell the shares of that company since technically we are not in stock round anymore?

Not only can you, but it's a great way to cover the short payments that you just took to entirely fund that very same 10 share company. "Drats, I have to sell $200 shares, from this company I started exclusively to snag two 5Ts for my other companies, and planned to liquidate for pennies."

I've been sad when I wasn't able to sell those shares in a cash crisis to cover shorts (because I had too much money to get to fundraise).

Also useful for covering liquidations of your own debt-laden companies.
