Is there anywhere to buy precut hexagonal card stock? preferably in the UK?

Also what is the easiest way to print onto card sized card stock? or is it better to setup a template on sheets of card stock print and then cut?

Print THEN cut.

It gives you the ability to print outside the bounds of the card (bleed). That way you guaranty that you have printed all the way to the edge of the card.

I've done it before, it's not so bad. You can listen to some podcasts while you do it.

Hi

Does the supplier have to be in the U.K.

I use spielmaterial in Germany, shipping costs are ok,
