Last DT Podcast Eric reviews "Oh My Goods" and then Tom mentions something about the 2.0 rules. Where can I find the 2.0 rule set? Is it the Royal Goods Rules I see under downloads?

The other big change was in the final production phase, where all production chains are now active for one glorious burst at the end. (Yes, and nerfing the "draw one" card.)

Don't forget that you no longer lose the selected card for building that you decided or were unable to build. It now goes back into your hand. It still cannot be used as a resource, though.

My rulebook says v1.4 on it I can't find any differences between this and v2.0. Am I missing something?

They're not different; it's most likely that the incremental system used for the printed books didn't sync with the brute-force numbering of files on the website. As the website PDF is also marked "1.4" (see last page), they are the same.

Thanks, they seemed fine to me. Great game, by the way. I'm not sure what Tom's problem is with it, I love it.

It all comes down to a matter of personal preference, as is with all board games. I have plenty of games that I do not find worth my time, but this does not mean that they are not good games nor does it mean that they won't bring enjoyment to others, I just find that I do not enjoy the time that I spend playing them, as Tom feels about this particular game.

The thing to take away from this though is that Tom wouldn't have known that this game wasn't for him if he hadn't tried it. This should be the same, in most cases, with anyone else. Try it. If you don't like it, at least you'll now know why because you actually experienced it. I have found some games that I absolutely love that I was dismissive of just because of a mechanic or theme that I didn't like elsewhere in another game.

Keep an open mind and be forgiving of past experiences.

1. In phase I, before you get 2 cards, everybody may exchange his/her complete cards in hand. So discard all your cards and draw the same number + 2 new cards.
2. If you hire an Assistant, you can't build this turn. More than 2 Assistants are allowed.
3. You don't loose the card you don't build but take it back on hand
4. In the very last round: Use all your production chains, no matter if there is a person working or not.
5. Market office: This gives you +1 card only if you have at most 3 handcards.

Good news - it looks like the Wayback machine has them:

Yes, these URLs look odd, with the second https:// bits, but they should work. You'll need the WHOLE url, not just what BGG is highlighting.
