I read quite some different opinions on the game modes.
Some like coop and think Epic is subpar; others the other way around.

Some people recommend to go beyond the number of XP to win the game. Or to put the stairs at the bottom of the pile.
Do you use these or other houserules?

I have to say that I am quite surprise with the popularity of Standard mode. I thought it is the least popular mode. But maybe more voters will shift the result somewhat.

With regard to house rule, our house rule is simple: put the stair to Level 2 randomly in between tile 5 to 10 and put the stair to Level 3 randomly in between tile 10 to 15.

Using the above house rule makes our games more unpredictable and we'll have longer exploration in Level 2.

Game is still relatively new. Most new groups will play standard. This means it's likely the most played mode at the moment.

Co-op!

Are there any other rules in the book???

This should have been a co-op game with optional PVP rules, game.

My son votes for co-op as well!

I meant, 21xp triggers the last round.

Plus, the rune tiles are shuffled in every time one is found, which means more middle rooms in play whistle
