Excellent game. However, I feel something is lacking in regards to the stake of getting the commandos alive during every mission. As I read the rules, there is no really great incentive to get out/survive with everyone as you get a new one (albeit without equipment). In my mind this game is screaming for a RPG-lite campaign element were the commandos really mean something to the players, thus raising the stakes during the missions.

One easy step would be to create a very basic character sheet with a name and the no of missions survived. I friend suggested starting with a +1 for every mission survived, maybe another piece of equipment or something?

Thoughts on this?
