Excellent multi-player CCG, plenty of opportunities to get back into the game if you start losing, so everybody gets to play the whole thing rather than being stuck in the gip seat all game.
3-4 players take 30-90 minutes for a game. Turn-based mechanics with less than 10 bold-faced abilities (terms you have to learn to understand the cards). Simple mechanics and lots of card drawing (built into the game, rather than a faction-specific ability) make for quick learning and comprehension as you get to see a goodly portion of your deck in any given game. A large card pool where commons are the lynchpin to any deck make for variety and ease of entry. Average cost for entry would be around $25 for a relatively competative deck purhased from 2 preconstructed starters. Singles market is minimal, but there is an active trade group on Yahoo groups. Ebay and are good sources of unopened product if your local store doesn't carry Shadowfist...yet.
