Want to give a shout out to Queen Games. I opened a copy of Fresco and one of the meeples had been cut in half. I emailed them and had a replacement in hand within 2 weeks. Awesome service!! Thanks Queen Games.

I have a similar experience with them as well.When I try to assemble the cube tower for Shogun board game I ripped it (which is super easy actually)and although fault was on mine they send me the replacement internationaly free.

I also had a good experience with Queen. I had a misprinted tile and asked for a replacement but never got a response... But then, 3 weeks later, it arrived in the mail! Thanks Queen Games!

Most people received Merlin in september.
It's december and I didn't.

I've tried to contact them for 7 weeks almost
everyday, through the website and email.
Even contacted to Frank Thyben (f.thyben@queen-games.com)
author of Orcs, orcs, orcs.

No answer as their answer...
I've spent 70$ and 7 weeks of my life.

Now I see in this forum I'm not the only one,
so I've decided to write a reply everyday
until they fix the problem.
