Hi all. I can't find any rules preventing the fez from moving a place or stranger. This would mean a player with the fez could move a place like the fountain of wisdom everywhere they go until it's exhausted. Or move the witch or shrine everywhere they go and constantly roll on it.

This seems broken, am I right that a player is allowed to do this? If so would it be good to have a house rule which prevents the movement of strangers and places with the fez?

You're reading the card right. You can move the Fountain of Wisdom or Shrine around the board with Fez. While it can be powerful, I wouldn't call it broken. Not as powerful as a number of other cards in the City expansion, in my opinion (e.g. Scribe, flail).
