Hi all, I missed the KS, but would still like a copy of the game. What are my options now?

Thanks in advance.

My favorite 18xx game for six players is two games of 1846 with three players each.

I'm sure they'll be printing more copies than the KS order number, so be prepared to jump on it when it appears in retail.

Best option is to talk directly to Lonny. I'm pretty sure he has a good solution for you.

I'm sure someone will be selling their copy if you are willing to pay.

Emailing him or Double-O Games directly is likely to be more quickly successful.

I haven't got the impression this is a Double-O game but solely a Lonny effort, no?

Sure, but Double-O is connected to Lonny.

I recommend emailing Lonny. He seems to be the main contact person for English-speakers, but is also more active on BGG. Helmut will probably respond if you write in German (I see you're from Switzerland, so you may be fluent,) but in my experience he replies more slowly. Plus, as observed above, some O&O games list only Helmut as designer, some list both, and some (like 18CZ) list only Lonny.

As an enthusiast of both designers, I'm looking forward to a Lonny exclusive.

18CZ is a "Lonny only" game. No Double-O. More of a Single-O meeple
And I'm very sure that after the kickstarter there will be a couple of copies left.

Thanks all. Lonny kindly GMed me and offered to advise me when spare copies are available, so I can purchase one. I feel happy.

FWIW, I bought two copies (because shipping on one is outrageous and shipping on 2 is just ridiculous) and plan to put up the second copy in the BGGCon virtual flea market. I doubt I'm the only one.
