Hello!

Black and green cards are some kind of "bonuses".
The black 7 and green 2 are some kind of "Official Port Officers" who give some extra "power/influence" with registers and papers. They just come on our ship to help and then move out ^^

About the kid (green card with commodities), I imagined that he lives in the port, not a noble kid but from lower class, wearing leather or canvas instead of rich clothes. And I imagined him with several small bags carrying small quantities of all commodities. Maybe he "salvaged", collected/picked some commodities in warehouses, on the port, etc. He is a kind of joker, not strong but useful.

All other characters are traders.

Thanks for the response Vincent - it doesn't get better than that.
