It's being announced that Roger Moore has died this morning.

I liked his portrayal of James Bond, but truly didn't realize that he played that character in more films than Sean Connery did.

RIP

When green is all there is to be, it could make you wonder why. But why wonder? I'm green, and it'll do fine: it's beautiful, and I think it's what I want to be.

I enjoyed him on TV as The Saint; he thoroughly entertained me as 007; and I laughed at his self-parody in The Cannonball Run, where he played a character who pretended to be Roger Moore. He was an excellent actor and a good person. He will be missed.

Oh no. What a loss. He was my first exposure to James Bond. The Man with the Golden Gun remains one of my favorite Bond films to this day.

Not my favorite Bond, not even in the top two. But he was a great Saint. And whilst Cheesy as hell was in the fun as hell persuaders.

And of course Shout at the Devil, anything set in GEA during the great war in a win for me.

Yep, mine three.

Don't like the new guy at all. Pierce Brosnan was good and seemed to be made for the role, but, speaking as a female, I don't like Daniel Craig as Bond.

It helps that it's one of the best screenplays in the entire franchise. A duel to the death with a professional equal.
