I saw the insert shown by Tom Vassel. It looks cool but not sure whether it is sleeve-compatible?

I do not think so, I haven't sleeved them, but can't imagine them fitting easily with sleeves. They are already very snug into the box.

FWIW these are thick cardstock tiles, not cards. (Are people sleeving tiles as well as cards these days?)

People actually sleeve thick cardboard tiles? Never heard of that disorder before

If so, no this insert will not allow for that at all. Very tight fit.

As already said, these are really nice think chunky tiles, not something I'd consider sleeving.
