How do enemies decide which survivor to go after? Do they pursue the closest? Also, if a survivor starts his turn in sight of an enemy and moves out of sight on his turn, does the enemy follow him the same way he went or take a shorter route to reach him if available. And if the enemy can't regain line of sight by the end of its turn, does it revert back to passive next turn, assuming no new survivors come into its line of sight?
1. Enemies pursue the closest survivor. If 2 survivors are an equal distance away, roll the directional die.
2. The enemy would pursue the survivor by the route he/she went.
3. Assessing whether enemies are Passive or Active is done at the beginning of every Enemy Phase. If an enemy was Active last round, but has nothing that would continue to make it stay active at the beginning of the following round then it reverts to being Passive.
Hope this helps!
