Hi, just a quick query to clarify an example in the interstellar rulebook. On page 9 in the example of earning disks for the resume:

The next turn is a
school turn for him, and he earns a red disk as a spacewalker
(since he has a buggy icon). After a couple more working
turns, he retires into the vats

This passenger has two white discs already following the example. Im not sure how to follow occupations. Does the limit on 2 discs per passenger only apply to colour, which would mean a passenger could have four discs if promoted (which would seem overpowered) or does school allow the passenger to swap discs? (I suppose modelling the decay in specialist knowledge if its not being used) or is the example wrong and the passenger cannot legally make this operation.

I suspect being able to swap disks is the correct answer but I've struggled to find clarifying text.
